When you exchange a product, you send the item back to us for inspection. Once we have examined the product and approved it, we send out your new piece of jewelry!
- We cover all shipping to the customer.
- The customer pays the return shipping to us.
* The product must be sent well packed in a package.

As a customer you have 14 days to cancel your order. After that, we offer an exchange for another product.
